Staffline is recruiting Goods In Administrators in

Brockworth.

The rate of pay is

£13.35 per hour.

This is a

full-time role working rotating shifts, 5 out of 7, on mornings and afternoons.

Your Time at Work

As a Goods In Administrator you'll be responsible for:

Delivery Management

- Manage and coordinate inbound deliveries into Direct Wines warehouses.

- Ensure all deliveries are booked in accordance with company procedures and warehouse capacity.

- Liaise freight forwarders and internal stakeholders regarding delivery schedules.

- Prioritise urgent deliveries where required.

Goods Receipt Processing

- Process and record all stock receipts within the warehouse management and ERP systems.

- Verify received quantities against purchase orders, delivery notes, customs documentation, and supplier paperwork.

- Ensure all stock is receipted accurately and within agreed service levels.

- Support the timely release of stock for sales and customer fulfilment.

Discrepancy Management

- Investigate shortages, overages, damages, and quality concerns.

- Raise and manage discrepancy reports with suppliers and logistics providers.

- Escalate unresolved issues to management where necessary.

- Maintain clear audit trails for all stock adjustments and corrections.

- Good Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office skills.

- Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines.

Desirable

- Knowledge of bonded warehousing operations.-

- Understanding of customs and excise procedures.

- Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS).

- Experience within FMCG, drinks, or wine industries.

- Knowledge of HMRC excise regulations.
