Summary

The Education and Discipleship Minister leads the church in spiritual growth and oversees discipleship ministries under the lead pastor's direction. Key responsibilities include:

- Coordinate the teaching ministry of the Church, including weekly Bible studies, Vacation Bible School week, specialised workshops, and specialised trainings .

- Establish curriculum in conjunction with the Pastor.

- Order curriculum and supplies needed for teaching ministry.

- Recruit and train teachers for all areas of the teaching ministry

- Developing a Discipleship strategy for the church

- All other functions as assigned by the Lead Pastor of the Church
