Summary

The successful candidate will be expected to manage a caseload and coordinate care for children and young people with diabetes. Previous experience of caseload management is essential; however, comprehensive support, supervision and professional development opportunities will be provided by our experienced team to help you succeed in the role. We are looking for a registered children's nurse who: Has experience working with children and young people with long-term conditions. Has experience managing a clinical caseload and coordinating patient care. Demonstrates excellent communication, leadership and organisational skills. Is able to work autonomously while contributing positively to a multidisciplinary team. Has a genuine passion for improving outcomes and experiences for children and young people with diabetes. Previous diabetes experience is desirable but not essential for the right candidate with relevant transferable skills and enthusiasm to learn.
