Summary

Marketize is the UK's first GPS-verified leaflet distribution platform, connecting local businesses with self-employed distributors who deliver their leaflets to homes across the country. We're looking for reliable distributors in your area to take on this work through our free app. You set the areas you're willing to cover, receive a notification whenever a business posts a distribution campaign near you, and put forward a quote for the jobs you want. Once a campaign is yours, you deliver the leaflets through letterboxes along your route. As you go, your route is recorded by GPS, and you take an occasional photo of a leaflet next to a road-name sign, on roughly a third of the streets in the area, which keeps the proof quick and light rather than something you stop to do at every house.

The work is flexible, but it isn't light going. Routes need completing in full and to a consistent standard, and a day can involve several miles on foot carrying leaflets, in all weathers. In return, you choose your own hours and workload, you're paid securely through the platform for each completed campaign with escrow-like payment protection, and you get free tools to manage your rounds, along with a neutral process to fall back on if a query is ever raised about a delivery. The role is self-employed, so you manage your own time and are responsible for your own tax. No previous experience is needed, but you'll need reasonable fitness, a dependable attitude, and a smartphone.
