Nursery Practitioner
£30,100 per annum | Full-Time, 40 hours per week | All Year Round | Good Ofsted Rating
Our client is a well-resourced, Good Ofsted-rated nursery where children enjoy a rich and varied programme of creative play, focused learning, and group-led activities. With a proven track record of preparing children brilliantly for the next stage of their education, this is a setting where the quality of care is at the forefront.
They are now looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Nursery Practitioner to join their warm team and play a hands-on role in delivering the high standard of early years practice this nursery is known for.
What Our Client Is Looking For
Level 3 Early Years qualification or above - essential
Experience working within a nursery or early years setting
A solid understanding of EYFS and a genuine passion for early childhood development
Warm, nurturing, and enthusiastic about delivering creative, varied early years experiences
Committed to supporting children's school readiness and wider development
Reliable, positive, and a strong team player

Key Responsibilities
Delivering warm, high-quality care and early years education within your designated room
Planning and implementing a rich mix of creative play, focused learning, and group-led activities in line with EYFS
Making full use of the nursery's well-resourced environment to provide varied, engaging experiences every day
Supporting children's development and school readiness in line with the nursery's strong preparation outcomes
Observing and documenting children's progress, sharing updates meaningfully with families
Building secure, nurturing relationships with children, families, and colleagues
Contributing positively to the team and upholding the nursery's Good Ofsted standards
