C3–C5 corrosion protection standards using a range of spray systems.

The Role – Industrial Spray Painter

The successful

Industrial Spray Painter will be responsible for surface preparation, coating application, and quality inspection across a variety of industrial components.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and apply industrial coatings to surfaces requiring C3–C5 corrosion protection

  • Operate airless, air-assisted airless, and conventional pressure pot spray equipment

  • Mix and apply two-pack paints, including epoxy primers

  • Carry out surface preparation, masking, and finishing techniques

  • Inspect coatings to ensure quality, durability, and compliance with specifications

  • Maintain a safe, clean working environment in line with health and safety regulations

    Requirements

    • Proven experience working as an

      Industrial Spray Painter

    • Experience using airless, air-assisted airless, and pressure pot spray systems

    • Strong knowledge of two-pack paints and epoxy primers

    • Demonstrated expertise applying coatings in C3–C5 environments

    • Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications

    • High attention to detail and commitment to quality standards

      Working Hours

      • 40 hours per week

      • Training period: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm

      • Post-training shift pattern:

        • Monday to Thursday: 1:30pm – 10:30pm

        • Friday: 1:30pm – 7:30pm

        • 15% shift allowance applies once on shift pattern

        • Business closed on

          Bank Holidays

        • Christmas shut-down until after the New Year
