Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Female Carers to provide high-quality, person-centred support to individuals with complex healthcare needs. Duties include personal care, medication support, monitoring health conditions, assisting with mobility, maintaining care records, and delivering specialist care interventions following appropriate training, while promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing.
HCA Responsibilities
Providing person-centred care in accordance with individual care plans.
Assisting with personal care, including washing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
Supporting clients with mobility and transferring using appropriate equipment.
Monitoring and recording vital signs and changes in health conditions.
Assisting with medication administration and management as trained and authorized.
Supporting clients with complex health needs, such as neurological conditions, spinal injuries, learning disabilities, or long-term illnesses.
Providing care for clients with tracheostomies, PEG feeding, ventilators, suctioning, or other specialist clinical needs (following training and competency assessments).
Maintaining accurate care records and reporting concerns promptly.
Supporting clients with daily living activities, meal preparation, and light household tasks.
Promoting independence, dignity, choice, and wellbeing.
Providing companionship and emotional support.
Following safeguarding, health and safety, infection control, and company policies at all times.
Working collaboratively with family members, healthcare professionals, and the wider care team.
