This is a rare opportunity to join a fast-paced, customer-led global food business. You’ll be part of a team developing products for some of the most recognisable names in food, supporting projects from concept through to pilot plant and beyond.

No two days look the same. One day you’ll be weighing and blending ingredients in the lab, the next you’ll be in the pilot plant scaling up and then presenting products for tasting.

What you’ll be doing:

You’ll support the development team across the full NPD cycle—bringing ideas to life and making sure they work in practice, not just on paper.

Turning concepts into reality through lab work and application

Supporting pilot plant trials and scaling up formulations

Weighing, blending and handling ingredients with precision

Cooking, presenting and evaluating products for internal and customer tastings

Working closely with colleagues, suppliers and customers to keep projects moving

Contributing to continuous improvement and product quality

What we’re looking for:

This role is ideal for a graduate who wants to build a long-term career in food development.

A degree in Food Science, Food Technology or a related subject

Genuine passion for food and curiosity about how it works

Strong attention to detail—especially with measurements and formulations

Confidence working in practical environments (lab, kitchen or pilot plant)

A proactive mindset—you get stuck in and take ownership

Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
