Essex/East London

We’re looking for an analytical and proactive Supply Chain Planning Analyst to join a fast-paced food manufacturing business based in Essex. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience across supply chain planning, procurement, inventory and data analysis who enjoys using data to solve problems and drive improvements. You’ll take ownership of material planning, forecasting, MRP and S&OP, while working closely with Procurement, Operations, Warehouse, Technical, Finance and Commercial teams to ensure the right materials are available at the right time.

The ideal candidate will have experience within food manufacturing, FMCG, fresh produce or another short-shelf-life environment, with strong knowledge of MRP, forecasting, S&OP and supplier performance. Strong SQL and advanced Excel skills are essential, alongside experience with Power Query and ideally Looker or similar BI tools. You’ll be naturally curious, commercially minded and confident working independently in a busy environment, with the ability to turn data into clear recommendations and action. This is a full-time, site-based role, with occasional weekend coverage, offering a competitive benefits package including bonus, private medical insurance, 25 days’ holiday plus public holidays, enhanced parental leave and a discount on products.
