Summary

Recruitment Professionals is recruiting for an experienced and motivated Deputy Manager to join a well-established nursery group with excellent facilities and a supportive management structure. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled early years professional to take on a leadership role within a high-quality childcare setting.

As Deputy Manager, you will support the Nursery Manager in the day-to-day running of the nursery, lead and motivate staff to deliver outstanding childcare and education, and ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, and safeguarding requirements. You will maintain high standards of care, learning, and safety across the setting while assisting with staff training, supervision, performance management, and building positive relationships with parents and the wider community.
