About the Home

Fiennes House isn’t just a residential home — it’s a vibrant, purpose‑built 12‑bed community where adults with complex care needs, learning disabilities, or autism can truly thrive. Some of the people we support may display behaviours that can challenge, but with the right compassion and teamwork, we create an environment where everyone feels safe, valued, and empowered.

A Home Filled With Joy, Curiosity, and Sensory Magic

One of the highlights of Fiennes House is our incredible large sensory room — a space designed for comfort, discovery, and pure enjoyment. With calming lights, gentle sounds, tactile materials, music, and even a heated waterbed, the sensory room offers moments of relaxation, stimulation, and connection. It’s a place where people can explore their senses and experience the world in a way that’s meaningful to them.

A Team Who Loves Getting Out and About

The people we support are energetic, curious, and always ready for an adventure. You’ll be joining them in activities like:

Art classes that unlock creativity

Trampolining for fun movement and confidence

Playing music — from jamming sessions to relaxing rhythms

Gardening in our beautiful sensory garden

Exploring the local community — because being part of it matters

Every day is different. Every day is meaningful.
