Summary

What's involved with this role:

Triumph Consultants are looking for a Facilities Manager to help their client keep the scheme safe, secure and well maintained. You will be a key point of contact for residents, contractors and visitors, with a strong focus on customer service, health and safety and building management. Contract is for 18 months in Luton Lu2 0AX .

Facilities Manager – Livesmart (Part time)

Pay Rate: £13.78 per hour PAYE

Hours per week: 29 4 days per week

Contract length: 18 months

Location: Luton Lu2 0AX

Working hours: Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday 9:00am–5:15pm, Friday 9:00am–12:30pm. Thursday is a non-working day.

Key Requirements

Facilities management or building management experience

Excellent customer service, communication and administration skills

Good IT skills, including Word, Excel, Outlook and internal systems

Understanding of health & safety, safeguarding and fire safety

Key Responsibilities

Act as a key-holder and manage access for residents, contractors, visitors and utility companies

Carry out regular building, health and safety and security checks, reporting and following up any issues

Meet contractors and facilitate access for repairs, maintenance and servicing

Monitor communal areas, cleaning and facilities, including laundry and general property standards

Contact residents regularly and provide support and advice on property standards, rent accounts and use of equipment
