The Opportunity

This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of a global medical device programme at an exciting stage of growth.

You'll lead the day-to-day management of the medical device portfolio, oversee new market registrations, coordinate complex cross-functional programmes and ensure compliance with relevant regulatory frameworks. Working closely with Product, Regulatory, Commercial and external partners, you'll play a key role in bringing innovative products to new patients and markets around the world.

What You'll Do

  • Own the day-to-day management of Curaleaf's medical device programme.
  • Lead international product registration and new market entry activities.
  • Manage complex cross-functional projects across multiple territories.
  • Compile and maintain technical files, registration dossiers and supporting evidence packs.
  • Ensure compliance with EU MDR and applicable market-specific requirements.
  • Coordinate with Authorised Representatives and in-market partners.
  • Support complaint handling, post-market surveillance and incident trend tracking.
  • Develop scalable processes and systems to support future market expansion.
  • Provide clear global programme reporting and updates to senior stakeholders.

What You'll Bring

  • Direct medical device experience, with hands-on ownership of a specific device.
  • Strong programme management experience across multiple markets.
  • Working knowledge of EU MDR requirements.
  • Experience compiling and maintaining technical documentation, registration dossiers and evidence packs.
  • Experience managing product registration and new market entry across multiple territories.
  • Confidence working across technical, commercial and regulatory stakeholders.
  • Strong organisational skills and experience using project management tools.
  • Fluent English, with additional European languages beneficial.
  • Experience with TGA or other non-EU device frameworks would be advantageous.
