Summary

Stock Admin - Worksop

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Stock Admin to work with a leading logistics company in Worksop. This role involves managing order processing, system reconciliation, and operational coordination within a fast-paced distribution environment.

Shift patterns:

* Monday to Friday rotating shifts: 06:00-14:00 and 14:00-22:00.

* Working days may be adjusted at client request during peak periods.

Pay rates:

* 14.13 GBP hourly.

Must-have requirements for Stock Admin:

* Strong computer literacy with hands-on proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

* Prior experience using Warehouse Management Systems.

* Solid understanding of logistics sector working environments.

* Full-time availability and a commute time within 45 minutes.

Desirable requirements for Stock Admin:

* Experience investigating inventory discrepancies, stock losses, or batch tracking issues.

* Confident verbal and written communication skills for coordinating with transport teams and clients.

* Knowledge of Health & Safety standards in modern distribution centers.

* Ability to thrive under pressure with shifting priorities.

* Strong attention to detail, resilience, and proactive problem-solving skills.

* Ability to work collaboratively within a team.

* Previous experience with SAP (training provided).

Role for Stock Admin:

* Download and process orders using the Warehouse Management System.

* Liaise with operations teams regarding order waves and despatch schedules.

* Complete delivery bookings with clients and maintain accurate Excel workbooks.

* Perform system reconciliation using SAP.

* Assist on the warehouse floor for physical stock checks and investigations.
