Are you a seasoned hospitality professional with a passion for leadership and exceptional guest service? Foxhills Collection is currently seeking a dynamic Reception Supervisor to lead our front desk team at our prestigious establishment.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise the reception team to ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest service
- Oversee daily front desk activities, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries
- Train, mentor, and motivate reception staff to deliver outstanding service and uphold company standards
- Handle guest escalations and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Assist with scheduling, performance evaluations, and other administrative tasks
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Cover night shifts when a night auditor is on holiday
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in hotel management software
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work shifts including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
