The Role
As Van Driver - Maidstone, you will be responsible for delivering parcels safely and efficiently across Maidstone and the surrounding areas.
Your duties will include:
- Completing approximately 65-100 deliveries per day
- Delivering parcels to residential and business customers
- Loading and unloading your vehicle
- Carrying out daily vehicle safety checks
- Following designated delivery routes and schedules
- Ensuring deliveries are completed safely and on time
- Providing professional and courteous customer service
- Managing a busy delivery schedule independently
- Following all company, health and safety procedures
What We're Looking For
To be considered for this position, you will need:
- A valid Category B driving licence
- A manual driving licence
- A reliable and professional approach to work
- Good communication and customer service skills
- The ability to work independently and efficiently
- The ability to manage a physically active role and a busy delivery schedule
Previous multi-drop, courier or delivery driving experience is desirable but not essential, as full training and support will be provided.
