A well-established and growing commercial law firm in Manchester is seeking an experienced Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join its highly regarded disputes team. The firm advises a diverse client base ranging from SMEs and owner-managed businesses to larger commercial organisations and is known for its collaborative culture, quality work and strong presence across the North West.

Your new role

You will join a successful Commercial Litigation team handling a broad range of disputes for a varied client base. The role offers exposure to complex and high-value matters, including contractual disputes, shareholder and partnership issues, professional negligence claims and other commercial disputes. Alongside running your own caseload, you will support business development initiatives, build client relationships and help mentor junior members of the team.

What you'll need to succeed

You should be an experienced Commercial Litigation Solicitor, ideally operating at Senior Associate level or an ambitious Associate ready to step into a more senior position. Strong technical abilities, excellent drafting skills and a commercial approach to dispute resolution are essential.
