Survey Work You'll Undertake

You'll enjoy a varied workload across residential property, including:

- RICS Level 2 Home Surveys

- RICS Level 3 Building Surveys

- Residential Valuations

- Help to Buy Valuations

- Probate Valuations

- Snagging Inspections

- Defect Diagnosis & Specialist Reporting

Areas Covered

Our client is currently recruiting surveyors across:

- Central London

- North London

- South London

- East London

- West London

- Kent

Your Role

As a Residential Surveyor, you'll:

- Carry out high-quality residential property inspections

- Produce professional, accurate and client-focused reports

- Deliver an outstanding customer experience from instruction through to completion

- Build trusted relationships with clients and professional introducers

- Contribute ideas that help shape and improve a growing business

About You

Our client is looking for someone who is:

- AssocRICS, MRICS or FRICS qualified

- Experienced in residential surveys and valuations (Help to Buy experience desirable)

- Technically confident with excellent inspection and report-writing skills

- Comfortable using modern technology and reporting software

- Professional, organised and client-focused

- A strong communicator with excellent attention to detail

- In possession of a full UK driving licence (maximum six penalty points) and access to a vehicle

- A satisfactory DBS check will be required
