Summary
This role is pro rata so the salary you will be receiving is £5,568.20 – £7,784.40 per annum.
The person appointed will be able to contribute to the teaching programme
delivering BTEC Sport at Levels 1-3.

Any offers of appointment will be subject to a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check (formerly CRB), a certificate of good conduct if applicable, plus receipt of satisfactory references, Occupational Health clearance, an understanding of safeguarding and qualifications verification. An Enhanced DBS check is required for this position as you will be working within 'Regulated Activity' within a specific
place (i.e. the College).

In order to support during busy exam periods, you may be asked to undertake exam invigilator duties.The College will provide training.

Essential Attainments:
✓A degree, HNC or equivalent qualification in Sport
✓GCSE grade A-C or equivalent qualification in Maths and English.
✓Teacher Training Qualification or the willingness to undertake the Courses required to gain this.
✓Experience of working in a Sport related industry and be current in your CPD
✓Previous experience of teaching or coaching in sport
✓Knowledge of delivering BTEC sport related courses from Levels 1 - 3
✓Previous experience within the Sports industry
✓Strong Administrative skills, including IT skills.
✓A willingness to undertake continuing professional development.
