Summary

The post holder will not be expected to provide clinical advice but must recognise when an enquiry or concern needs to be referred to an appropriate clinical, safeguarding or management colleague. The successful candidate will be: Comfortable working both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. Confident communicating with children, young people, families, carers and professionals. Committed to providing an inclusive and patient-centred service. You will need excellent administrative and organisational skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities in a busy and developing service. The role requires someone who can take ownership of their workload, identify administrative problems, follow issues through to resolution and escalate concerns at the appropriate time.
