Summary

Qualified Nursery Practitioner

£27,000–£33,000 per year | Full Time | All Year Round

As a Level 2 or Level 3 Nursery Practitioner, you'll become part of a passionate and supportive team that's committed to delivering outstanding early years experiences while helping every child feel happy, valued, and ready to thrive.

What We're Looking For

Full and relevant

Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent).

Previous experience working within an early years setting.

Good knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding requirements.

A caring, enthusiastic, and nurturing approach.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development.

Your Role

Deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework.

Plan and provide engaging activities that support children's learning, creativity, and development.

Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.

Observe, assess, and record children's progress to support their individual learning journeys.

Make the most of the nursery's exceptional facilities, including the art studio, activity areas, and outdoor spaces, to create exciting learning opportunities.

Encourage children's confidence, independence, and curiosity through play-based learning.

Maintain a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment where every child can flourish.

Follow safeguarding, health and safety, and nursery policies at all times.
