Technical Services Manager, you will provide
strategic leadership and operational oversight in our high-profile corporate site, ensuring the safe, compliant, and efficient delivery of hard FM services.
You will lead high-performing engineering teams while maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders and client representatives, driving continuous improvement, operational excellence, and technical innovation.

Key Responsibilities':
You’ll play a key role in keeping client sites safe, compliant, and operating at their best by:
- Provide
- Lead and develop
- Ensure full compliance with
- Act as a
- Oversee

- Manage contractor performance, service partners, and specialist vendors
- Support
- Monitor and manage
technical leadership and governance across multiple corporate sites within a prestigious client portfolio
multi-disciplinary engineering teams, promoting a culture of safety, accountability, and performance
statutory regulations, engineering standards, and HSE requirements
trusted technical advisor to senior client stakeholders, delivering confident and effective engagement
planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive maintenance, and lifecycle planning across all sites
service excellence, operational performance, and continuous improvement initiatives
capital projects, asset management strategies, and sustainability initiatives
technical budgets, performance KPIs, and reporting frameworks

technical leaders who can combine engineering expertise with strong operational and client leadership.
You will bring:
- Proven experience as a
- Experience managing
- Strong leadership and people management capability with the ability to

Technical Services Manager / Senior Engineering Manager within Facilities Management
multi-site corporate or critical environments
build and motivate high-performing teams
stakeholder engagement and client relationship management skills
building systems, compliance, and statutory maintenance
technical strategy, operational improvements, and service transformation
Qualifications
- Engineering qualification (City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
- IOSH / NEBOSH or equivalent health & safety qualification preferred
