Stores Operative to join our team at
Homerton Hospital, helping to ensure the right products, materials and equipment are available to support our cleaning and domestic services teams every day.
This is a key role within the operation, responsible for receiving deliveries, managing stock levels and maintaining organised stores areas, ensuring services can run smoothly and efficiently across the hospital.
What you'll do
- Receive and check deliveries against delivery notes and stock systems.
- Report any shortages, damaged goods or discrepancies promptly.
- Maintain stock levels and ensure products are stored safely and correctly.
- Keep goods-in and storage areas organised, clean and compliant.
- Use stock management systems to receipt and track items.
- Work closely with colleagues across the site to support operational requirements.
- Assist with stock control, reporting and inventory management activities.
- Contribute to a positive "One Team" culture while supporting service excellence.
