Summary

After School Care Assistant 1 year fixed term contract15 hours per week, 38 weeks per year. Working pattern: Monday to Friday – 3.00 pm to 6.00 pm. Salary: SP3 (£25,133 FTE) – starting pro-rata salary £8,778 per annum. We are seeking to appoint a caring, enthusiastic, and highly motivated After School Care Assistant to join our team at Fetcham Village Infant School. The successful candidate will work under the direction of the After School Care Supervisor to provide safe, high-quality play for children aged 3–7 years. You will help build links with parents and carers to promote the safety and well-being of children attending our after school provision. Essential requirements:Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent)Experience working with young children in a childcare or school settingA caring, patient and reliable approachAt Fetcham Village Infant School we believe that children’s happiness and academic success walk hand in hand.
