Summary
We have an exciting opportunity for someone to lead the estate and capital development agenda at Sherwood Forest Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.

We are a professional, multi-disciplinary team, ensuring our estate is safe, clean, secure, compliant and future proofed to support outstanding patient care.
This role is fundamental to the team and to SFH as you will oversee and manage the delivery of all capital, minor works schemes, management of space within the organisation and land and property matters.
As a key member of the team you will provide senior leadership and technical advice across the organisation for the Estate Development agenda working closely and developing key relationship with clinical and non-clinical team leaders.
You will not only bring a wealth of knowledge that spans many areas but also energy, passion and creativity with you. Excellent communication skills are key to be able to influence and support the Trust to further improve the services we provide in a clear and sustainable manner.
