Summary

The Best Connection are currently recruiting for an experienced

Powder Coater to join a well-established manufacturer based in the Kidderminster area. This is a fantastic opportunity for a reliable and hardworking individual looking for a full-time, ongoing position with regular daytime hours.

Duties will include:

  • Preparing metal components and surfaces ready for coating

  • Applying powder coatings to a range of products to a high-quality finish

  • Cleaning, masking and inspecting materials prior to coating

  • Loading and unloading items onto coating lines and racks

  • Carrying out quality checks to ensure customer specifications are met

  • Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

  • Following all health and safety procedures at all times

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous powder coating experience

  • A keen eye for detail and commitment to producing quality work

  • The ability to follow instructions and work to production schedules

  • Good awareness of health and safety practices

  • The ability to undertake manual handling duties and remain on their feet throughout the shift
