Advert

The bus escort post will support the transport arrangements for pupils at Isobel Mair School. The school educates children with additional support needs, and the escort will be required to accompany children on the daily journey to or from school.

The term time salary shown above has been calculated based on the number of term time weeks that apply to this post in relation to the full time salary.

On completion of additional years of service by 1 January of each year, following the anniversary of the date of appointment, your term time salary will be adjusted to include a payment in lieu of the additional leave day accrued at the beginning of each leave year for the first 10 years of service.

This post is considered Regulated Work with Children, under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007. It is an offence therefore to apply if you are barred from working with children. In addition to this, if you have lived or worked in any country outside the UK in the past 10 years, there may be a requirement for an overseas police check.
