SWIM TEACHER (LEVEL 2)

Are you passionate about swimming and helping others build confidence in the water?
The Cranford Club is looking for a qualified Level 2 Swim Teacher to join our friendly and supportive team. Whether you're
inspiring a child to swim independently for the first time or helping an adult develop their technique, you'll play a key role in
helping people feel better and get more out of life.

alongside a team that genuinely cares.
What you'll be doing
* Delivering engaging, safe and enjoyable swimming lessons to children and adults.
* Supporting swimmers of all abilities to develop confidence and achieve their goals.
* Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.
* Ensuring lessons are delivered in line with health and safety requirements.
* Helping maintain the high standards of our swim programme.
What we're looking for
You'll ideally have:
* A Level 2 ASA/Swim England or STA Swimming Teacher qualification.
* Experience delivering swimming lessons to a range of age groups and abilities.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* A positive, enthusiastic and professional approach.
* A genuine passion for teaching and helping others succeed.
