Swale Academies Trust has an opportunity to appoint an enthusiastic and capable HR Administrator to provide effective administrative and operational support across our academies.

As a primary point of contact for Headteachers and staff, the successful candidate will manage varied HR, payroll, and contractual processes to strict deadlines.

This is a challenging but rewarding role, encompassing a range of duties, including:

• Administration of new starter procedures, contracts, and offboarding formalities.

• Liaison with ICT, Recruitment, Headteachers, and external payroll provider.

• Administration of pay, leave, and pension updates.

• Note-taking duties

• Maintenance of accurate personnel records in compliance with GDPR and safeguarding regulations.
