Summary

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Social Worker looking to progress their career and broaden their professional experience and knowledge.

We are looking for a Social Worker who has experience of working with children and young people who are Children in Need, subject to Child Protection Plans and/or Looked After.

The Disabled Children's Team works with children, young people and their families across the Calderdale district. We support children and young people under the age of 18 who have disabilities, complex health needs and Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
