We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong Facilities Management (FM) background, ideally with a Hard FM or technical bias, to lead a multi-service engineering team supporting a key client contract. This role is based from Livingston and covers client sites across the Central Belt, with some remote travel required.

We are seeking a leader who can drive operational excellence, ensure statutory compliance, manage budgets and performance, and build strong client relationships while delivering a high-quality service. Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage engineering operations across the contract, ensuring service excellence at all times.

Deliver against KPIs, SLAs, and contractual performance requirements.

Ensure full compliance with statutory regulations and planned preventative maintenance schedules.

Drive health, safety, environmental and quality standards across all sites.

Lead, motivate and develop engineering teams to achieve operational objectives.

Manage workforce planning, resource allocation and labour utilisation.

Oversee budget control, cost management and financial performance.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
