Summary

LSCFT can offer a substantive post for the role of an Associate Director of Operations for the Central Lancashire Community Physical Health Service within the Central and West Lancashire Locality network. 

The successful candidate will work closely with the Director of Operations, the Medical Director and Director of Nursing & Quality for the Locality Network. 

 

You will need to have a broad range of experience including collaborating with others across the organisation and externally. You need to be dynamic, organised, work independently and represent the Central and West locality in key meetings. You need to have good leadership and management skills, understanding of finances, the wider health system, and demonstrate excellent strategic NHS knowledge
