Summary
This exciting role within the Talent and Learning team will be responsible for delivery and monitoring of mandatory training for colleagues across the Social Care element of Provide Care Solutions. This includes supporting with induction, Care Certificate and CPD opportunities, ensuring mandatory training compliance for all colleagues is above the required level and collaborating with colleagues to support with training projects across the organisation.
