I am 18 years old and looking to increase my confidence and independence with the support of a friendly PA.

I am on the autistic spectrum, have ADHD, Ehler's Danlos Syndrome, Dyslexia (including numbers, struggle with mental health and also a sleep disorder.

I am looking for someone to support me with physical and admin tasks, especially keeping track of everything.

My dyslexia and Autistic Overwhelm mean I need support to read emails and working out how I would like to reply, budgeting my money etc. and organising myself to ensure I don't miss important appointments/events. My ADHD and EDS mean I need physical help with domestic tasks, shopping, cooking, help with animals and planning small outdoor projects would be a huge bonus to me.

I live in quite a rural area, so a car driver would be required.

Duties include:

- Moving and handling

- Other relevant duties as required

- Administration

- Housekeeping

- Shopping

- Cooking

- Transportation

- Companionship

Candidate qualities:

- Respectful of the employer's privacy and confidentiality

- Reliable with good timekeeping

- Able to both follow instructions and work on own initiative

- Fit and healthy to undertake the required duties

- Patient and possess excellent interpersonal skills

- Honest and cheerful

- Creative

- Able to speak and read English to a reasonable standard

- Must be comfortable with pets

- Experience of working with people with autism, anxiety disorder and low mood would be beneficial.

- Good sense of humour

Additional requirements

Non-smoker preferred or someone willing to refrain from smoking during working hours
