Summary
Food & Beverage Assistant - Part-Time Fixed-Term Contract
As a Food & Beverage Assistant, you'll play an important role in creating a warm, welcoming and enjoyable experience for our guests. Working as part of our busy Food & Beverage team, you'll support the smooth running of our hotel operations across the restaurant, bar, breakfast service, and meetings and events.
This is a
fast-paced role, so we're looking for someone who enjoys working as part of a team, takes pride in providing excellent service, and is ready to get involved and support colleagues across different areas of the operation.
Previous Food & Beverage or hospitality experience would be an advantage, particularly in a busy hotel or similar environment, as we're looking for someone who can confidently contribute from day one.
About the role
This is a
part-time, fixed-term position until 20 December 2026, supporting the hotel during a busy period of Food & Beverage operations.
The role will involve working across different areas of the department, including bar and restaurant service, breakfast, meetings and events. Flexibility is required to work a mix of
morning, daytime and late evening shifts, across different days of the week,
including weekends, depending on the needs of the business.
Following the fixed-term contract, there may be an opportunity to continue working with us on a
casual basis, subject to business needs and mutual suitability.
