Are you an experienced operational leader looking to make a real impact in primary care?

Beacon Medical Group is seeking a motivated and forward-thinking Patient Access Manager to lead our Patient Access Teams and clinical support services across multiple sites. This is a key leadership role responsible for improving patient access, overseeing workforce planning and clinical scheduling, driving service improvement, and ensuring patients receive the right care at the right time.

What We're Looking For

Proven management and leadership experience.

Strong people management, communication and organisational skills.

Experience leading service improvement and managing change.

Ability to analyse performance data and drive operational improvements.

Primary care experience is desirable but not essential.
