Summary
OakRay Care Group Ltd is a family run business on the Isle of Wight and the New Forest, specialising in the provision of residential care for the elderly. We run high-quality care homes and are committed to making a positive difference to our residents, in every way. We currently operate four care homes; three on the Isle of Wight and one in Fordingbridge, New Forest.
We are looking for an experienced Registered Manager for our 32 bed resident home situated in Totland Bay, on the Isle of Wight. Little Hayes Care Home is a family business dedicated to the highest quality care to ensure residents lead fulfilling lives in their golden years.

Key responsibilities
• Lead and inspire a care team

Qualifications
• NVQ Level 5 Health & Social care or equivalent
• Previous management experience in elderly care
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Genuine passion for elderly care
