Brook Street is recruiting for an
Escalation Advisor to join a growing debt recovery organisation's
Warrant & Revenue Team in Stratford-upon-Avon.
In this role, you will support Account Managers with escalated accounts, acting as a key point of contact for clients, suppliers, and internal teams. You will monitor high-value cases, manage supplier relationships, provide performance reporting, and ensure accurate communication and record-keeping within a regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage warrant escalations and complex account issues.
- Support internal and external teams to achieve successful outcomes.
- Monitor high-value accounts during warrant execution.
- Produce and share performance reports.
- Attend client meetings when required.
- Manage supplier relationships.
- Provide cover for the Team Senior as needed.
- Maintain compliance
