This varied role provides administrative and operational support across warehouse, stock, customer service and logistics. Working
closely with teams across the business, you’ll help ensure the smooth and efficient running of day-to-day operations.
The ideal candidate will be someone who uses their initiative, thinks on their feet and takes ownership of problems. You’ll be
comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly and will have the confidence to investigate
issues and find practical solutions.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide administrative and operational support to the Warehouse and Operations Team.
* Act as a key contact for internal teams, customers and suppliers.
* Investigate and resolve stock, delivery and operational issues.
* Liaise with Production, PI and Customer Service teams on stock and customer queries.
* Process PODs, delivery notes, returns and other operational documentation accurately.
* Maintain accurate records, data and reports.
* Support stock movements, transport bookings and route planning.
* Identify issues and contribute to improving operational processes.
About You
We’re looking for someone who is organised, proactive and enjoys solving problems.
* SAP experience – essential.
* Intermediate Excel skills – essential.
* Previous experience in operational, warehouse or customer service administration.
* Strong administrative skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
* A positive, can-do attitude with the ability to use initiative and take ownership.
What We're Looking For
Most importantly, you'll be someone who:
* Thinks on their feet and uses good common sense.
* Takes ownership and looks for solutions rather than simply passing problems on.
* Is proactive, reliable and able to work independently.
* Can assess situations quickly and make sensible decisions within their level of responsibility.
* Is organised and able to prioritise effectively.
* Has a positive, can-do attitude.
* Is approachable and confident when dealing with colleagues, customers and suppliers.
* Enjoys working as part of a busy operational team.
If you're organised, proactive and enjoy finding solutions in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.
