Are you an experienced Floor Layer looking for a secure full time role with opportunities to progress? At Liberty, we're looking for a skilled Floor Layer to join our team, delivering high-quality flooring and maintenance work across occupied social housing properties.
We're looking for an experienced Floor layer to join our Responsive Repairs team, carrying out high-quality flooring installations and repairs across domestic and commercial properties. You'll work with a variety of materials including vinyl, carpet, Polysafe, linoleum, rubber flooring and timber-based products, delivering excellent workmanship and customer service every day.
What you'll be doing:
Installing, renewing and repairing wet room floors
Install and repair a wide range of flooring materials, including vinyl, carpet, tiles and timber
Prepare subfloors and surfaces to ensure high-quality finishes
Carry out fitting, finishing and refurbishment works in domestic properties
Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a clean, safe work environment
Plan jobs effectively and manage materials and equipment
Work safely and collaboratively to achieve quality and performance standards
What we're looking for:
NVQ Level 2/3 (or recognised apprenticeship) in Floor laying
Experience across all aspects of floor laying and flooring repairs
Full UK driving licence
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
