Summary
Connect Appointments is recruiting an experienced
Forklift Driver to join an established client in the
Auchterarder area.
What's on offer?
- Ongoing temporary position with the potential for permanent employment
- 4-on 4-off day shift, 6:45am to 7pm
- Paid weekly at £14.42 per hour, with overtime at £21.63 per hour
As a Forklift Driver, your duties will include:
- Loading and unloading goods from delivery vehicles safely and efficiently
- Transporting and storing materials in the correct warehouse locations
- Operating a forklift safely in a fast-paced environment
- Consolidating partial pallets to optimise storage for incoming deliveries
- Keeping forklift operating areas clear and hazard-free
To be considered as a Forklift Driver, you will need:
- Previous forklift experience in a warehouse, logistics, production or manufacturing environment
- The ability to work at pace while maintaining safety and accuracy
- A reliable, punctual approach with a strong work ethic
- Access to your own transport is advantageous due to the location of the site
A valid Counterbalance or Reach forklift licence is essential
