Your new role

As Senior Site Manager, you will take a leading role in the delivery of a landmark £90m secure government project in Renfrew. Reporting to the Project Manager, you will oversee day-to-day site operations, manage subcontractors and drive programme, quality and safety performance throughout the construction phase.

Key responsibilities include:

Managing and coordinating subcontractors and site teams

Maintaining the highest standards of health & safety

Driving programme delivery and achieving key milestones

Overseeing quality assurance, inspections and handovers

Leading site meetings and working closely with stakeholders

Supporting project reporting and planning activities

Mentoring and developing junior members of the site team

What you'll need to succeed

Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager with a reputable main contractor

Strong track record delivering large-scale new build construction projects

Ability to lead large site teams and multiple subcontract packages

Excellent communication, organisational and leadership skills

Sound knowledge of health & safety legislation and quality procedures

SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications

Eligibility to obtain security clearance would be advantageous
