Manufacturing Technician (Nights) - Witney

Responsibilities
Set up, operate, and monitor automated equipment to ensure peak performance and line efficiency.
Meticulously track batch records and inventory using specialised digital software to maintain data integrity.
Act as a first responder for technical issues, performing minor diagnostics and collaborating with engineering teams for complex repairs.
Uphold rigorous quality, safety, and environmental (EHS) standards within a clean, organised workspace.
Qualifications and Experience
- Previous cleanroom experience are preferred.
Proven experience in a manufacturing or production environment is essential.
Prior work within a regulated industry (such as Pharma, Food, or MedTech) is considered a distinct advantage.
Strong attention to detail with an ability to follow logical, sequential processes.
Digital literacy and the ability to learn new software interfaces for data management.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to collaborative teamwork.
