Summary
Job Title: Nursing Home Manager
Location: St Peters, Jersey
Salary: £85,000 - 90,000 + relocation package + bonus!
Award winning care provider looking for a passionate and experienced nursing home manager for their 40 bed service which requires a confident manager to continue the positive work and person-centred care the home has been delivering!
Nursing home specialising in elderly and dementia care
You don’t need a PIN but must have managed a nursing home!
A relocation package of £8000 to support your move to Jersey + a very competitive salary + a bonus!
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the overall operations of the nursing home
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
• Oversee the recruitment, training, and performance of staff
• Develop and manage budgets and financial plans
• Maintain high levels of resident satisfaction and care quality
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment
Required Skills:
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations and best practices
• Financial management experience
• Ability to handle complex situations with professionalism and empathy
• Proven turnaround experience
Qualifications:
• Registered Nurse qualification preferred or management of a large nursing home
• History of good CQC reports and inspections
• Proven experience in a similar managerial role within a nursing home or healthcare setting
• Relevant management or leadership qualifications are desirable
