Access Control / CCTV Engineer - Spider is advertising on behalf of

STC Solutions Ltd, who are seeking an experienced

Access Control / CCTV Engineer to join their team. This full-time, permanent role is mainly field-based across

East Anglia, and you will ideally live within 30 miles of their office and workshop near

Ipswich, Suffolk.

About the role:

As an

Access Control / CCTV Engineer, you will install, service and maintain systems across customer sites, working independently and as part of a small team.

Key responsibilities include:

- Installing, servicing and maintaining access control, and CCTV systems

- Diagnosing faults and resolving technical issues

- Assisting with job planning and parts ordering

- Providing professional, reliable customer service

- Completing work safely and maintaining accurate records

- Supporting weighing engineers with equipment servicing and installation when required

This is a

Monday-Friday, primarily field-based role.

About you:

You will have previous experience installing, servicing or maintaining

access control and/or CCTV systems, along with a basic working knowledge of IT equipment. You'll be a strong problem solver with excellent customer service skills and the ability to prioritise and manage your workload independently.

full UK driving licence is essential, along with the ability to climb ladders and lift equipment. Applicants must be willing to undergo a

DBS check and be physically capable of lifting

20kg weights when assisting weighing engineers.
