Are you a qualified SEND Teacher with QTS looking for a long-term role in South Birmingham?

Are you a patient and resilient SEND Teacher who can create an engaging and inclusive learning environment?
TeacherActive is proud to be working with a SEND setting in Northfield, South Birmingham supporting pupils with a range of additional needs. The setting provides a supportive and structured environment where pupils are encouraged to develop their confidence, independence and achieve their potential.
The school is looking to appoint a SEND Teacher on a long-term basis with an immediate start. The successful SEND Teacher will plan and deliver engaging lessons, adapt teaching to meet individual learning needs and work closely with support staff to provide a consistent approach for pupils with SEND.
The successful SEND Teacher will have:

QTS
•
Experience teaching children and young people with SEND
•
Experience adapting lessons to meet a range of individual needs
•
Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
•
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
•
A patient, resilient and adaptable approach
