Summary

Are you immediately available and need work?

We are looking for a Production Operative to join our environmentally focused client near Bourton. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be part of a production team that helps to reduce waste and give recycled materials a new purpose.

You will be responsible for:

- Sorting and processing materials

- Operating production machinery safely and efficiently

- Monitoring production quality and reporting any issues

- Keeping the production area clean, organised and safe

- Working as part of a friendly and supportive team

To be successful you will need to be:

- Physically fit as this job will require you to lift heavy materials at times

- Reliable and hardworking

- Be willing to learn new processes and operate machinery

- Are able to work as part of a team
