Duties of a Senior Bodyshop Advisor:

- Effectively liaise with insurance companies to facilitate smooth claims and repair authorisations

- Manage customer enquiries professionally, providing a high level of service

- Oversee repair process from vehicle intake to completion, ensuring timely updates to customers

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient vehicle repairs

- Assist with estimating, administration, and bodyshop procedures

- Support vehicle movements, such as delivery and collection, as required

- Contribute to a customer-focused, proactive team environment

Requirements of a Senior Bodyshop Advisor:

- Proven experience as a Senior Bodyshop Advisor, ideally with liaising with insurance companies

- Valid UK driving licence is advantageous for managing vehicle movements

- Exceptional organisational and communication skills

- Resilient, adaptable, and capable of handling challenging situations professionally

- Customer-focused approach with a flexible, proactive attitude

- Willingness to enhance skills in estimating, insurance claims, and bodyshop procedures
