Summary

We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a prestigious automotive dealership in Oldbury, for a highly skilled Parts Advisor. - Basic salary of £29,000 with an OTE of £34,000

- Working hours of 45 per week, including a favourable Saturday rota (1 in 4)

Duties of the Parts Advisor:

- Provide exceptional customer service to retail and trade clients

- Order, receive, and distribute vehicle parts accurately and efficiently

- Identify and source correct parts for various vehicle makes and models

- Liaise effectively with technicians and the wider dealership team

- Manage parts stock levels and maintain accurate inventory records

- Process parts orders ensuring timely availability for servicing and repairs

- Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal departments

- Operate within a fast-paced dealership environment, maintaining high standards of service

Requirements of the Parts Advisor:

- Previous experience as a Parts Advisor or automotive parts role in a dealership setting

- Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail

- Excellent communication and IT skills, with experience using parts management systems preferred

- Professional, positive attitude with a customer-focused approach

- Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle multiple priorities

- Genuine interest in the automotive industry and parts department operations
