Summary

Deliver comprehensive assessments and therapy interventions for a diverse paediatric caseload within the clinic setting Develop and implement individualised treatment plans based on clinical need and evidence-based practice Produce high-quality clinical reports, recommendations and outcome measures Support children and young people presenting with a wide range of developmental, sensory, communication and neurodevelopmental needs Work collaboratively with families, carers and other professionals involved in the child's care Provide clinical supervision, guidance and support to junior therapists Assist with the induction, mentoring and professional development of newly qualified and junior clinicians Support the Clinical Director and management team with day-to-day clinic operations and service development initiatives Contribute to maintaining high clinical standards, governance requirements and best practice across the team Participate in multidisciplinary discussions, case reviews and team meetings Maintain accurate and timely clinical records in accordance with HCPC and professional standards
